We are excited when you book and appointment and we prepare everything to make sure your time is respected and we ask for the same courtesy in return.

We understand unfortunate events can happen and this is the process to follow in case you have to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

• Any cancellations have to be done with 24 hours notice or more if you do not want to be charged.
• Any cancellations with less than 24 hours will have a 50% charge of the service
• NO SHOWS are responsible for the full payment of the service scheduled.
